Grief counseling

We are here to walk beside individuals who are grieving the death or terminal diagnosis of a family member. Our master level grief counselors offer no cost grief support with a focus on honoring and nurturing your grief. Please note that our short-term grief support is not a form of therapy. Our goal is to provide a bridge to HOPE by helping you take intentional steps towards healing. 

If we determine that our services or wait times will not match the scope of your needs, we may refer you to other organizations in your area. Below are some that offer long-term grief support, trauma therapy or psychiatric care; please check their websites for information on insurance and scheduling.

becoming together MN

Becoming Together is a community based, therapy practice located in Eden Prairie, MN. Practicioners are skilled in trauma, couples counseling, bereaved parent support, and wellness.

Canvas Health provides stigma-free help for those struggling with mental illness, substance use, crisis, sexual assault, grief, loss, and trauma. Several locations throughout the state of Minnesota.

Brighter Days Family Grief Center focuses on bringing families back together after the death or terminal diagnosis of a loved one by addressing the many psychosocial and logistical needs of each family member. Trusted by hospices, schools, and communities since 2017, Brighter Days provides no cost and compassionate services to Minnesota children, adults, and families.
